This is how it is done

step 1

Unwind the decorative wire, crumple it up and form form a bead.

step 2

Attach a Big Gala clip to the back of the wire tangle and clamp it to the ribbon.

step 3

Attach the flowers with floral glue. Then wrap the tangle of wire loosely with limonium.
