This is how it is done

step 1

Extend the handle of the bridal bouquet base using floral tape and wrapping wire with split rods.

step 2

Fix twigs with the help of wrapping wire in a cone shape around this extended bridal bouquet base. Insert the flowers and decorate the end of the handle with fabric and ribbon.
