This is how it is done

Step 1

Cut out bottle silhouettes from black fresh floral foam.

Step 2

Round off the edges using a second piece of floral foam as an abrasive.

Step 3

Fix the floral foam bottle shapes on the side of the plate using pin holders. Attach corks using toothpicks and insert flower stems. Place the wine bottle on top.
