This is how it is done

step 1

Cut out a matching cardboard ring and apply double-sided transparent tape.

step 2

Glue pampas grass inflorescences, creating a cuff.

step 3

Water bridal bouquet base, poke through pampas grass cuff and glue in place.

step 4

Insert flower stems.
