Cut open the polystyrene ball so that a ring is formed.
Wrap this ring with soaked water hyacinth strands, pinning the ends with needles.
Cut out a circle the size of the ring from cardboard and glue it under the ring. Cut the foam and glue it to the cardboard. Then insert the materials into the foam and glue the hanging eyelets to the back
